Terms of Service

The app

VividStatus is an iOS app by NetKreatives (Belgium) that formats photos and videos for WhatsApp Status: fitting them to the 9:16 frame and splitting longer videos into parts. You need a compatible iPhone and your own WhatsApp account to post the results.

VividStatus is an independent product. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC; we are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp’s own limits and behavior can change at any time, which may affect what the app can do.

Subscriptions & purchases

VividStatus Premium is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription (the yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial), or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel any subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.

Fair use

Only process media you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you post to your own WhatsApp Status. Don’t use the app to infringe anyone’s rights or to violate WhatsApp’s terms.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep exports accurate, but we cannot guarantee how third-party platforms display your media. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before a claim.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
