About VividStatus
VividStatus is an iPhone app for preparing photos and videos for WhatsApp Status. It is made by NETKREATIVES BV, an independent app studio in Dendermonde, Belgium, and it is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
Why we built it
WhatsApp Status is portrait, and each status video has a length limit. Most videos are neither: they are filmed sideways, or they run longer than one status. VividStatus exists to close that gap on the phone itself, without an account and without sending your videos to a server.
The app has two ways in. Quick Post handles one photo or video. Studio builds a Status Pack: a series of photos and videos with text, logos, QR codes and music, prepared as numbered parts that you post in order.
How we write our guides
Every guide on this site is written by hand for its language. Facts about WhatsApp come from WhatsApp’s own Help Center, and facts about the iPhone from Apple Support, in the same language as the page. Each guide shows the date we last checked those sources.
Facts about VividStatus come from the app itself. We describe what a screen shows and what a setting does; we do not claim tests we have not carried out, and we do not promise results that WhatsApp controls.
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, email [email protected]. We correct the page and update its date.
