For subscription issues (billing, refunds, restoring purchases), most questions are resolved fastest through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com. The app’s Settings screen also has a “Restore Purchases” button.

Common questions

How long can each part be? Check the limit shown in the current WhatsApp composer on the iPhone you will post from. VividStatus does not detect that live limit: the current build lets you choose a maximum up to its bundled 90-second cap, then divides the selected range into evenly sized parts at or below that maximum.

Why does my video look different on Status? VividStatus uses a vertical 9:16 working canvas, which does not guarantee the later live display. Smart crop estimates one static attention area from the middle frame, while Fit and Custom offer alternatives. Review the complete local export, then inspect the composer and live post separately.
