Data & Account Deletion

There is no account

VividStatus does not use accounts — there is nothing to sign up for and therefore no account to delete. Your photos and videos are processed on your device and never reach our servers.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all app data from your device. Media the app exported to your photo library stays in your library until you delete it there.

Purchase records are held by Apple as part of your App Store account. The pseudonymous purchase-entitlement record at our subscription provider (RevenueCat) can be erased on request — email [email protected] and we will delete it within 30 days.

An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting the app — cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
